Making room for common sense in oncology brings attention back to patients and both daily and key clinical decisions. I feel that the vision and guidelines proposed by Christopher M Booth and colleagues1 in the Common Sense Oncology (CSO) movement represent a genuine step forward for oncology. While reading this thought-provoking Comment, however, I was frustrated that there was no mention of paediatric oncology. Similarly, on the CSO website, the membership application does not include the option of joining CSO as a paediatric oncologist.
